    I failed a coding Interview 😞

    Some "remote work" jobs actually want people to live in the same state or even same city as the job. You should stick to your full first name when interacting with U.S. employers. Politely asking to redo the interview shows a ton of professional maturity; I'd like to see it redo it. The thing that is less important is the code.
