   Apollo is dead. Long live Apollo

   The app crashed at 4:10pm PDT. The death of Apollo also goes the metaphorical death of all the best parts (IMO) of the internet: open-source, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit. I guess I’ll go outside now.

   Llama 2 pretrained models are trained on 2 trillion tokens, and have double the context length than Llama 1. The fine-tuned model, Llama-2-chat, leverages publicly available instruction datasets and over 1 million human annotations. The model was pretrained on publicly available online data sources.

   Kevin Mitnick Obituary

   Kevin Mitnick died peacefully on Sunday, July 16, 2023, after valiantly battling pancreatic cancer for more than a year. He is survived by his beloved wife, Kimberley Mitnick, who remained by his side throughout their 14-month ordeal. Kevin was an original; much of his life reads like a fiction story.

   Discord is not Documentation - Terence Eden’s Blog I'm going to be slightly contrarian and say that I like Discord. In truth, Discord is no harder to sign up to than Slack, Matrix, Gitter, IRC, or whatever. There's no point posting everything to MySpace when everyone's already on Facebook.
