Vulkan 1.4.348 has been released with four new extensions. The highlights include VK_ARM_data_graph_instruction_set_tosa adding TOSA tensor operator support for neural network data graphs, an updated VK_ARM_scheduling_controls with dispatch parameter controls, VK_EXT_primitive_restart_index enabling custom primitive restart indices to aid OpenGL emulation over Vulkan (developed by Valve's Zink developer alongside LunarG, Igalia, and NVIDIA), and Qualcomm's VK_QCOM_queue_perf_hint for exposing power/clock frequency hints to applications. Additionally, NVIDIA released the 595.44.05 Linux Vulkan beta driver adding support for several extensions including VK_EXT_primitive_restart_index.
