A minor optimization has been merged into Mesa 26.1-devel for Intel's ANV Vulkan driver. The change implements inline parameter promotion from push constant data, packing all push constant data into inline parameters where possible. While the improvement is modest — up to ~1% in some DX12 game traces — it benefits DirectX 12
