Several H.265 encode fixes have been merged into Mesa 26.1-devel for the Intel ANV open-source Linux Vulkan driver. The fixes include dynamically setting transform skip numbers based on QP instead of hardcoding, using application-provided QP values instead of defaulting to 26, properly handling GPB (Generalized P and B frames), correctly setting SAD QP Lambda values, and removing unsupported encoder features.
