D7VK 1.5 has been released, adding Direct3D 3 support to the open-source translation layer that implements legacy Direct3D APIs over Vulkan. Direct3D 4 was never released, so this release effectively completes coverage of the entire DDraw-era Direct3D stack (D3D3 through D3D7) via Vulkan. The D3D3 implementation was contributed by community member CkNoSFeRaTU, who implemented execute buffers. The release also includes rendering fixes and improvements for higher-API games.
