Also, write down the error. Asking for help by saying “i’m getting an error” without describing the error is the bane of my existence.

Also ask for voice call if its gonna take more than 5 messages

Sometime, I wish there would be a <code>2a.</code> that says <code>Write your answer down</code> because that also happens a lot, that you get bombarded with guesses and assumption on what an answer could be without merit.

Most of the time, they skip #3. 🤷‍♂️
