    How I built Rozbnb 🛌 with Next.js , Tailwind CSS, Styled Components , Stripe💰 and Auth0 🔒

    A few weeks ago a great youtuber called Sonny Sangha hosted a 5day challenge of cloning Airbnb. After strategizing I planned to make that clone into a better website with authentication , animation , better UI and so on. The Motivation: I was exploring Auth0 for my website's Authentication so I came across this amazing Hackathon which was hosted by Auth0 and @Hashnode.

    Musk: The Tesla Bot is coming – TechCrunch

    Tesla is developing a 5’8” Tesla Bot, with a prototype expected sometime next year. It’ll weigh 125 pounds and have a walking gait of 5 miles per hour, and its face will be a screen that displays important information. Musk is imagining this as replacing much of the human drudge work that currently occupies so many people's lives.

    How Discord Stores Billions of Messages

    Discord was built in just under two months in early 2015. The messages were stored in a MongoDB collection with a single compound index. The data and the index could no longer fit in RAM and latencies started to become unpredictable. It was time to migrate to a database more suited to the task.

    It's ok to be unproductive

    Sometimes it’s ok to give us permission to take time off and do nothing useful. I watch a lot of YouTube and I used to watch many videos on productivity, but now I skip them all. I like those writers that seem to be doing nothing for a few years, then show up with a great book.

    Someone ported Super Mario 64 to play in a browser (again)

    The site has been up since at least April and somehow Nintendo has not managed to take it down yet. It seems to work with a variety of modern browsers — both desktop and mobile. You can use either a keyboard or a Bluetooth controller to play the game. There’s no way to customize the controls that I can see, but the game feels pretty responsive even using a keyboard.
