    Intro to HTML-first Frontend Frameworks

    Qwik API allows Qwik to bootstrap with a very small amount of framework code. Qwik is used for builder.io which is a complex, interactive, stateful web application. Marko 6 is in the works and it will be interesting to see what they achieve.

    JavaScript Frameworks - Heading into 2023

    React, Next, and Remix to Vue and Nuxt, through Sveltekit, and SolidStart, are all on the same page yet. We can cache more aggressively, stream our HTML responses, and we can invest in smaller/faster frameworks. There are some red herrings: We can think progressive enhancement is a substitute for hydration.

    Qwik allows fully interactive sites to load with almost no JavaScript and pickup from where the server left off. As users interact with the site, only the necessary parts of the site load on-demand. This precision lazy-loading is what makes Qwik so quick.
