    Spotify is creating one single desktop UI for both the Desktop application and the Web Player. Spotify has created one maintainable codebase for both of its clients with the high standard of accessibility and speed of development we hoped for. Spotify’s Desktop client is a Windows and Mac native application using CEF (Chromium Embedded Framework) to display a web-based user interface.
