Zoom is launching a wave of AI-powered features, including photorealistic AI avatars for meetings arriving later this month, and a preview of its own AI Docs, Slides, and Sheets productivity suite coming in spring. New additions include deepfake detection for meetings, a voice translator, an AI agent builder for non-technical users, and AI Companion 3.0 on desktop. The Workvivo employee app gains an AI assistant that integrates with Slack, Salesforce, Gmail, Jira, and more. Zoom is also opening speech, vision, and language APIs for developers and plans to unify its UI across platforms.
