Zapier has launched Zapier Central, an "AI workspace" that allows customers to build AI agents using natural language alone. Users can customize the AI bots with their own data and preferences, and specify triggers and actions for the bots to perform. Zapier has also acqui-hired the team behind Vowel, a videoconference app, to enhance its AI capabilities.
