Psalm v7: up to 10x performance!

Psalm v7 beta introduces massive performance improvements for PHP static analysis, delivering up to 10x faster security analysis through refactored taint representation and optimized graph resolution. The new combined analysis feature runs normal analysis, security analysis, and dead code analysis simultaneously in a single execution, significantly reducing overall runtime. Future releases will enable taint analysis by default due to these performance gains.
