You left out Vercel and Cloudflare Pages.

PythonAnywhere is another free site for hosting Flask/Django sites. It’s not very extendable (for obvious reasons!) though. Also, Heroku isn’t free. Their 5 USD/month starter plan isn’t bad though.

Hasn’t Heroku eliminated their free plan ?
