Microsoft announced that OpenAI's latest DALL-E 3 model is now available to all Bing Chat and Bing Image Creator users. DALL-E 3 is integrated into Bing Chat and ChatGPT, making it easier to use and capable of creating more creative and photorealistic images. Microsoft has also added safety tools to prevent the creation of images of public figures and NSFW content. They are planning to incorporate DALL-E tech into other Microsoft products, including the Paint app's Paint Cocreator.
