We don't normally do one of these, but I think 2025 has been a stellar year for Piccalilli, so we wanted to get into what we've done and what we're planning for next year.

Piccalilli's resource offers insights, tutorials, and resources for frontend developers and web designers. Readers can learn about HTML, CSS, and JavaScript techniques, as well as design principles and accessibility. With articles, tutorials, and design showcases, Piccalilli provides  guidance and inspiration for creating modern and accessible web experiences.

Piccalilli published 261,006 words in 2025 across 50 articles, 33 links, 129 course lessons, and 95 newsletter issues. The platform launched two major courses (JavaScript for Everyone and Mindful Design), redesigned The Index newsletter with a custom email system, improved article layouts with CSS grid, and established clear anti-AI principles. Plans for 2026 include at least two more courses and continued focus on real-world education with guest authors.
