Dribbble has launched Outbound Proposals, allowing approved service providers to send proposals and accept payments from clients they met outside the platform, with no platform fees on initial or subsequent transactions for clients without existing Dribbble accounts. The feature integrates Dribbble's contracts, fraud protection, and dispute resolution tools. An updated Video Meetings feature was also released with improved stability, seamless UX integration, and meeting transcripts. Dribbble also introduced a Framer Experts certification badge for freelancers offering Framer services. On the business side, March was Dribbble's best month ever across GMV, orders, clients, and fee revenue, with triple-digit year-over-year growth, and Q1 saw design/development service purchases up 289% Y/Y.
