If there’s an option that’s not Wordpress, it’s probably the better choice

Well django it’s a suitable option if you like 1999’s UI, so if you are into vintage admin panels, go ahead.
I mean WP is kinda 2003, but better than 1999

will stick with strapi. As a js developer I do not need to learn anything new and for the users, who are not programmers it has a friendly ui.

I moved all my (and customers) sites to WP to allow them to administer content.
Then spent more time administering the constant barrage of updating plugins, WP itself, responding to security issues, etc.
So set up an SSG with deployment piplelines, taught them how to write content in Markdown, save it and hey presto, job done.
If you need a full CMS, then be prepared to be a full time administrator.
