The only alternatives are Joomla and Drupal since they are CMS build with the same language, it means a developer can more easily move from one to another, and they are free under the same license GPL 2. Any of these that you present are not even close to any of the points. They are not free, they do not use the same backend language like WordPress so developers can easily move and the other. all these that you mention are competitors to Wix not to WordPress however as WordPress is totally free software without any premium versions and other payed stuff, very difficult will die. It has got the biggest community of users and developers and at the same time the core contributors are from the most experienced web developers. WordPress except of programmers has also rather type of contributors. Its has got it’s own video platform with free tutorials, ti has got translation contributors and it supports a huge amount of languages, and it has got photographers to provide free images like pexels that you can use the images for free even as placeholders even for commercial use. the most companies that using WordPress are contributing to WordPress with one way or an other to keep the project alive. None of these alternatives would allow me to create the quality of websites I currently create with <a href="http://wp.org" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">wp.org</a> builds unfortunately.

I don’t think there will ever be anything that replaces WordPress. So many people depend on the WordPress ecosystem—plugins, themes, support, hosting, etc.—as their main income source. You are talking about a CMS that was released in 2003! and although it was marketed as a blogging tool at first, it was actually a usable CMS.
The current leadership problems in WP are fixable, and we should not be emotionally moved to ditch WP itself!
But let’s say a disaster happened, and WordPress shut down altogether. In the PHP world, there are few options to choose from. I’ve seen Drupal in many big companies, universities, and even some government portals around the world. It’s the closest one so far.

From WordPress to WordPress, no other CMs will beat WordPress.
I have done many thing with WordPress that people will imagine if this is truly WordPress, WordPress Remain the best.
