SHE@CYBER, a cybersecurity training programme co-developed by ISACA to help women and non-technical entrants enter the field, has continued expanding after its EU Erasmus+ funding ended in November 2025. Over 70 women in Poland completed the training independently, and 40+ educators in North Macedonia were certified to deliver it. During its funded phase, the programme trained 45 trainers across five EU countries, reached 193 registered users, and earned a 90/100 'Excellent Quality' score from the European Commission. The programme uses a train-the-trainer model mapped to the European Cybersecurity Skills Framework, combining technical foundations with confidence-building to create accessible entry pathways. Materials remain freely available until at least November 2028.
