Yes, Windows terminal at 2019 to now, is great achievement of Microsoft. Event Windows subsystem for Linux is another awards of that. But, personally I have been using Linux with base of (bash | Shell) when I was 17. In Linux Operating System you will have huge progress that you don’t know! Select one distro (make it yourself) and perform all things that you want. I’m using Linux Manjaro with xfce Desktop manager. (edit) In my opinion, If you want become faster, chose right operating system, WINDOWS IS NOT PROPER OS FOR PROGRAMMERS. After that you will learn vim and it key binds, and become super fast in all your projects.

Yeah. We love it. It is progress anyway. Microsoft has a lot of services that I love them. Such as Azure, GitHub, ms app-center and etc. Yeah after I read your comment, I have forgotten that, Windows is best environment to develop game with game engines. But if I want learn new way to game development, I will choose Rust Bevy.
