Windows 11's Snipping Tool is getting QR code scanning and emoji support, allowing users to easily open links from screenshots and add resizable and movable 3D emoji. The update also includes new features such as the ability to change shape fill opacity, outline colors, and the reintroduction of the ruler tool.
