The author argues that Microsoft's operating system now resembles malware due to its constant distractions and data collection. A solution is proposed: creating an automated, open-source Windows detoxification tool that can remove bloatware and unwanted features, making it usable for both consumers and enterprises while demonstrating the principles of user-centered computing.
