I have been a primary .net c# developer since 06. With .net core being os independent, I am now able to write multiple types of apps with multiple types of os’s using the same base.
I have even started using it for pentesting.

Dotnet just needs better marketing and a team that hopefully will commit on even better performance instead of new ways to declare a List

C# is the sweetest language I have ever used. Everything is human- centric and clear. It’s a wonderful balance between performance and usability.
