Orange France replaced its legacy SIEM with Elastic Security after a rigorous evaluation process covering 500+ functional, security, and compliance requirements followed by a demanding Proof of Concept. Key differentiators for Elastic included flexible on-prem and hybrid deployment options, an intuitive unified interface combining SIEM, endpoint, and cloud security, a transparent AI roadmap featuring RAG-based detection, native SOAR integration, and strong technical support. An existing internal community of Elastic users at Orange also reinforced the strategic alignment. The partnership is now entering the deployment phase.
