Developers express frustration about the decline of 'clean code' practices and their absence in many companies. Clean code principles, such as TDD and SOLID, are often required in interviews but not necessarily followed once hired. Companies prioritize speed of development over code quality in many cases.

Why Developers Hate "Clean Code"?

I could not make it to the end of the video because it was making me nervous, but I watched up to the 10-minute mark.
From the content of this video, it is not clear if you are a professional coder or someone desperately looking for a job. Trust me, the difference is significant.
Coding style and practices are inherent to the programmer. While she could adapt to the team and company, testing and good design (SOLID principles, OOP) are non-negotiable—good programmers simply know that there’s no good code without these features.
This video suggests that you must do whatever the company asks, which is completely wrong. As a professional, you must do what professionals do.
I tried to comment in an educated manner. Did it work? :D

Your job is to provide value and satisfy the requirements. How you do it is based on your team and makes your team productive. OOP, no OOP, TDD, no TDD. Whatever makes it work and makes it work well. There is no one formula.
