Why demand for code is infinite: How AI creates more developer jobs

yeah so why it doesn’t happen for 2 years already?

That’s an illusion. There is no AI bubble, AI is a money black hole. But there is indeed a bubble. The bubble that makes think that there will be more developer jobs in the future.
The current job market may improve, but there won’t even be half of the developer jobs there were 6 years ago.
If my perception of the reality is proved to be wrong, I would be way happier. But anyways that doesn’t seem like the case here.

Indeed there is a demand “Who will clean the code mess?”. Earlier the developers come with atleast some sense of Software Engineering blocks, now the marketing statement “Anybody can code” went too far that when I asked a person in interview who has the 250+ days green punches in github “What are the data types in Python” and the answer is “I’m nervous I forgot!”

True but in my perspective in a different way. Here what i think is who can make better program for users with focus for better user experience. And you are right, AI will indeed make developers faster because more and more Junior Dev’s can learn from AI rapidly.
