Who of you actually uses RSS? (Reasoning for the question in the comments)

<p>AI keeps telling me that my blog must support RSS because developers love to use RSS, but i have never heard that anybody actually uses RSS. Nobody of my colleagues ever even mentioned its existence. So i am confused, is RSS actually something that people use?</p>
<p>Btw.: RSS is an XML file with a list of blog posts. People can use an RSS reader and get a list of my blogposts there without having to go through my website or any social media and can get notified about new posts there as well.
