HTTPie for Terminal 3.0 introduces several major features: nested JSON syntax for crafting complex JSON structures from the command line, a new plugin manager that works across all installation methods, response metadata showing elapsed time, and 30–250% speed improvements across startup, streaming, and downloads. The release also adds a unified Pie theme with color-coded HTTP methods and status codes, bearer authentication support, repeated header names, auto-streaming for SSE responses, and improved error messages. Dozens of community contributors helped ship this release.
