Gutenberg 23.0 has been released with 174 merged PRs. Key highlights include an experimental revisions panel for templates, template parts, and patterns; Site Title and Site Tagline fields added to the Design › Identity panel in the Site Editor; and real-time collaboration (RTC) improvements including legacy meta box compatibility via a new __rtc_compatible_meta_box flag, better array attribute stability, and a WP_ALLOW_COLLABORATION kill switch. Additional quality-of-life improvements include keyboard shortcut tooltips for block movement, reordered spacing side controls, and a fix for the Separator block's --- shortcut applying the default style variation.

I am pretty shocked that this is the state of WP when there are so many other ways to generate a website, and do so with 200% better SEO / GEO / AEO schemes.
