Microsoft has released .NET 8, a long-term-supported (LTS) version that focuses on stability and cross-platform development. Telerik UI for .NET MAUI will end support for .NET 6 and continue to deliver and support versions for .NET 7 and .NET 8. The transition from Telerik UI for Xamarin to Telerik UI for .NET MAUI is now easier, with tools and resources provided by Microsoft and Progress Telerik. The release also includes improvements in quality, performance, globalization and localization, desktop support, and the addition of new UI components.
