<p>“You don’t really need reach for React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, etc to get a modern app” - I find it odd that people are using complex JavaScript frameworks just to build pages from components when it can be done much more simply with something like PHP. If no reactivity is needed, these JS frameworks often add a lot of unnecessary complexity. With HTMX and StimulusJS, it’s easy to build a reactive app in any language without the overhead of a full JS framework. In fact, PHP, being a templating language at its core, is particularly well-suited for this kind of work.</p>
