Most Extreme Programming concepts are great, but Unit Testing ALL code and Pair Programming are wastes of time.
Unit Testing should be focussed where it does the most good. Most Unit Tests are pointless. Functional and Integration test coverage is where it is at. :)
And Pair Programming is only productive as needed, not always.
