Where I work, I’m mostly a reviewer(but I love writing as well) and those lessons you point out are echoing in my head, especially the ones for the title and the portrait image, and to cherish quality over cadence.
One tip I would add is to take a step back and read what you have written, from time to time. That can help you get a sense of how the experience of reading your post is going so far and how the ideas are flowing.
