What do you hate the most about recruiters on LinkedIn?

<li>When they send you exactly the same message as last year. 😅</li>
<li>Or when they tell you about “a great opportunity”, which they think is a good fit for you. But then you need to get on a phone call with them and you never hear from them again, or even know what the opportunity was about. And then a year later, they send you the same message again. 😫😂</li>
<li>Or when you reply to their message and they leave you on read. 😑</li>

I feel like I could keep going, lol

<ul>
<li>There are many scammers who are just there to collect your data and you will never hear back from them again.</li>
<li>Saying they found your profile and expertise interesting and then bringing up roles in totally unrelated fields/tech.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>When they say that they find your profile particularly interesting while highlighting a skill you barely mentioned in an internship experience many years ago (and that you never mentioned again afterward)</li>
<li>When they ask again “if your looking for opportunities” a few month after you said that you were not interested in their field/type of projects/etc.

Not only do I agree with the other comments but I think another frustration is that they think they are the first ones to use these techniques and people are not wise to them by now.
It’s like any other social network…when you say and sound like everyone else reaching out to me, you are nobody in the crowd.
