Welcoming the Costa Rican Government to Have I Been Pwned

Have I Been Pwned (HIBP) has onboarded Costa Rica as its 42nd government to access the free gov service. Costa Rica's CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team) can now monitor government domains against HIBP's breach data, enabling faster identification of exposed government email addresses and more proactive risk reduction across public sector services.
