Recently the daily.dev team made some changes to squads to make them better. One of their features is they’re better organized by category, so now squads can be organized by Career, Mobile, AI, Open Source, etc.
So, by absolute random luck due to how they got separated, we’re technically the third most followed squad in the Web category now.

Statistics are silly for this reason. You can reorder and recategorize information in such a way as to make yourself look better (or make something look worse) this way. It’s interesting! And a reminder to not pay attention to numbers thrown at you without getting the full picture.
