<p>This is very interesting. We have very few managerial roles where I work and we’re still south of 60 employees. There definitely aren’t any in the development department. There’s a tech lead and the VP of engineering, but no managers right now. Interestingly, however, getting a dev manager is one of the VP’s goals… One I don’t quite agree with since I do see the team being largely comprised of “managers of one” already. I guess we’ll see how long we can hold out!</p>
