As a developer i know to have a job is good but we have the power of creation we can build anything we need to stop this mentality of finding a job and start our won job

I totally agree, that is why I am learning gamedev as a way to diversify my income from my Cybersecurity job.

i think the same. though it would be nice to have a switch around from time to time from working alone to a team.
