We chose Svelte 5 for a simple reason: the Developer Experience. The way it handles reactivity doesn’t force you to adopt a completely alien mindset. Because of this, onboarding good developers into our projects has become incredibly easy—Svelte simply never acts as a bottleneck.
<a href="https://atom-forge.eu" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">Atom-Forge</a> isn’t the first library we built for it, but it’s the one where we finally hit the exact architecture we always wanted. It has grown into an ecosystem where you simply cannot get lost in the codebase. Alongside the core framework, we built a serious UI library that already has 75+ components and is constantly expanding. We also created our own type-safe RPC solution—which is actually framework-agnostic, but it perfectly solved the shortcomings we were experiencing with tRPC.
I say “we” because this wasn’t a solo journey. These tools were built in collaboration with my young colleagues from the university. I am incredibly proud of every single one of them—Kristóf, Zalán, Gábor, and Dávid—and I want to thank them for their hard work. There are more modules in the pipeline, and we plan to publish them all.

We realized that this collection of tools is too valuable to keep locked away. We believe others will benefit from it just as much as we do. So, starting today, it’s public. Consume it, build with it, break it.
