Windsurf Wave 11 introduces voice input for the Cascade AI assistant, allowing developers to speak commands instead of typing. New features include named checkpoints for conversation snapshots, @-mentioning previous conversations for context, deeper browser integration with screenshot and DOM access, and planning mode enabled by default. JetBrains support has been enhanced with planning mode, workflows, and file-based rules.
