IBM Bob is an AI-powered SDLC tool that can be extended with custom skills. This post walks through a debug skill for watsonx Orchestrate agents running locally. The skill activates a Python virtual environment, reads observability traces and Docker container logs via the 'orchestrate' CLI, and then has Bob summarize recent errors and suggest fixes. The skill currently works only in 'Advanced' mode and can be customized to include logs from additional Orchestrate containers.
