VS Code Setup - Recommended Extensions

Usually, these articles are like “I’m using Material Theme, GitLens and Prettier!” and then they try to be unique. This article is better. It gives a list of extensions that are not that common perse and taught me how to install extensions in my workspace instead of in my profile. Good article!

That’s a good list, although adding all of these is going to bog things down. Some others that I like:

<li>html-in-template-string and Live Preview: these are basically all I need to do vanilla web development</li>
<li>REST client: has totally replaced postman for me. It does less, but the way it neatly integrates into VS code and into a repo makes it just better in my view.</li>
<li>Todo Tree: of all the todo extensions I’ve tried this is the one I keep going back to, does highlighting and lists all the todo’s in a single pane without ever becoming slow</li>
