A firsthand account of attending both Vintage Computer Festival East and the Philadelphia Maker Faire in the same weekend. VCF East has grown significantly at the InfoAge Science & History Museum, now spanning multiple buildings with an expanded consignment area. The Philly Maker Faire at Cherry Street Pier featured combat robotics, artistic projects, family activities, and local community groups. The two events accidentally overlapped this year, but organizers are now in communication to avoid future conflicts and potentially coordinate with other regional events like JawnCon.
