Valve's newly released Steam Controller sold out in under an hour after launch, with the company confirming it ran out faster than anticipated. Valve says it is working on a restock and will provide a timeline update soon. Scalpers have already listed the $100 controller on eBay for up to $400.

<p>Scalpers are absolute scum. The price for Steam Controller is actually alright in my opinion, given that an Xbox Pro Wireless is ~$150.
The gyro function and VR tracking is pretty sick at that price point.</p>
