IMPORTANT: Call for talks is open here. using std::cpp 2024 is the largest Conference on C++ in Spain. It is organized by the Computer Science and Engineering Department of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and supported by the Standard C++ Foundation. It aims to serve as a forum to exchange experiences in the use of the C++ programming language, which pays special attention to last versions of the language, as well as upcoming features. What is the target audience of using std::cpp 2024? The event targets professional C++ developers using C++ as an application development language or to build software infrastructure. It also targets undergraduate and graduate students at their final stage who are interested in using C++ as a programming language to build complex and high performance computing systems.  What is the program of using std::cpp 2024? The program will be published on February, 23. All talks are in English. Do I have to register to attend using std::cpp 2024? Yes. Registration is required. However, thanks to the support of our sponsors we are able to keep prices low. All what we require is that you make a donation to UC3M Alumni Scholarships Fund. Required donations are as follows:  Early registration: A minimum of 25 € donation per person. Regular registration: A minimum of 35 € donation per person. Late registration: A minimum of 45 € registration per person.  Note that you will be helping good students with economic difficulties to complete their University education. In exchange, you will be attending a wonderful technical C++ event. What does registration for the main conference include? When you register to the main conference, the following is included:  Attendance to al talks during April 24th, 25th and 26th. Morning and afternoon coffee-breaks. Lunch. Participation in raffles that may happen during the conference to get licenses or books.  What is not covered? Conference registriation does not cover trainings on April 22nd and 23rd. Those trainings have separate costs and resgistration procedures.

The using std::cpp 2024 conference, held from April 24-26 at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, attracted over 170 attendees, primarily from the industry. <p>Wish we got package managers built-in to big compilers, so we could use <code>g++ new-project</code> or something of that sort, kind of like <code>cargo new</code> for Rust or <code>zig init</code> for Zig. It could simply generate a cmake file and a directory for added packages and make life so much easier</p>
