The best solution (so far) I found to cope with all of this is to maintain a commonplace book.

Commonplace books (or commonplaces) are a way to compile knowledge, usually by writing information into books. Commonplaces are used by readers, writers, students, and scholars as an aid for remembering useful concepts or facts. Notion is my preferred tool to implement a commonplace book for code related knowledge.

Using Notion to organise programming topics

Notion can actually do pretty much everything.

I too use notion to organise my notes for a lot of stuff. But this method has a much more systematic approach for studying.

That’s insane! I also use Notion for my notes and I use it in a two ways - project notes and personal notes. Project notes have a working structure, but my personal notes organisation is nothing compared to yours. I Use it daily on my full-time job as a TIL note.
I also destructure my projects and tasks into pages and each page into sections and concepts and I explain each and everything in detail, including the implementation plan.
