USDC stablecoin issuer Circle files confidentially for an IPO

Circle, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, has confidentially filed for an IPO. The market capitalization of USDC is $25.25 billion. This is not Circle's first attempt at the public markets, as they previously planned a SPAC merger.
