Unpopular Opinion: Scrum Creates Chaos?

<p>Scrum definitely isn’t for everyone! In my experience, the lifecycle of implementing Scrum goes like this:</p>
<ol>
<li>Getting started is difficult, but eventually people get use to it</li>
<li>People feel the amount of processes (retros, planning etc.) become too much</li>
<li>The team tries to re-evaluate which meetings etc. that are needed and you go back to 1 🔁</li>
</ol>
<p>Give me a Kanban board and I’m happy 😅</p>
