Ukie announced 30 UK game studios selected for its 2026 Video Games Growth Programme, backed by Tencent and the UK Department for Business and Trade. The program splits participants into two tracks: Accelerator for emerging studios (17 companies) and Scale-up for established studios seeking growth (13 companies). Participants receive expert-led sessions, structured curriculum from Player One Consulting, and insights from Tencent to help scale creatively and commercially. The initiative supports the UK games sector, which generates over £2 billion in GVA and is backed by a new £30 million Games Growth Package.
